Sunday Sessions:
We will be holding a beginners course is on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th July (all four sessions) from 10am-12pm, plus two additional club sessions (Friday 7-9pm and/or Sunday 10am-12pm) in the following weeks after the initial sessions. Please note that the school is closed for most of August and will reopen after the new term starts in the first week of September, the additional sessions can be completed after the break. In the case of poor weather (heavy rain etc) the sessions will in the sports hall.
The cost for this 12-hour course is £60 per archer, this covers all of the above sessions.
All equipment will be provided by the club – due to an insurance requirement beginners are not permitted to use their own bows or arrows until completion of the course.
Please wear snug fitting clothing and closed shoes (no sandals/flip flops) and long hair will need to be held back to avoid it catching on the string.
A deposit of £10 per beginner (or full payment) will be required by bank transfer (details will be sent via email after booking) and the remainder can be paid by bank transfer or cash on the first session. Please note that we don’t have the facilities to accept card payments.
